Shipping Information:
We offer a standard shipping option when ordering our products. Generally, you can expect to receive your order within 1 - 7 business days. Expedited shipping is also available.
Exchanges, Returns, and Refund:
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may return the item to us within 30 days of the order date in the original packaging (if applicable) and all tags attached for an exchange or a full refund.
Important Exception: We are not able to accept a return or offer a refund on any customized i-love-me products or candles, other than for product defect.
To return or exchange an item, print and fill out the Return/Exchange form and and return it with your product(s) within 30 days of the order date. We recommend you choose a shipping method that provides a tracking number. Please send your returns to: i-love-me Returns, 3213 Duke Street, Alexandria, VA 22314.
If you have requested an exchange, we will first issue a credit to your card for the returned item(s), and then process the new charge once we ship your new item so you have a full audit trail of the exchange. You will not be charged an additional shipping fee for the exchange.
Please allow up to 2 weeks to process refunds or exchanges.

If you would like to cancel your i-love-me order, please call us immediately at (703) 765-5065. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request, but please understand that we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
